/ How We Work

One crew runs the job from first nail to final walkthrough.

No hand-offs to subs. No project manager who disappears after the contract. The same people who frame your walls finish them.

Wide environmental shot looking into a residential room mid-framing, exposed wall studs and subfloor visible, a worker's hands holding a framing square against a stud in the foreground, natural daylight flooding through a glassless window opening, concrete dust in the air

— Project Phases

A clear sequence, not a moving target.

1 — Scope & Schedule

We walk the site, write the scope ourselves, and give you a fixed schedule before a single tool comes out.

2 — Structural Work

Our own crew handles demolition, framing, and mechanicals. You get a site photo update at the end of every week.

3 — Finish Work

The same crew closes the walls, installs trim, and completes every finish detail. No handoff, no quality gap.

• No Surprises

If the timeline shifts, you hear it from us first.

One point person, reachable by phone. Weekly site photos sent without prompting. Schedule changes disclosed as soon as we know — not when they've already hit.

Most homeowners have been left guessing mid-project. Our operating model makes that structurally impossible — the update is built into the schedule, not left to a phone call you have to make.

Tell us the scope and timeline. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and what a realistic schedule looks like.
